Listing Fix HQ is operated by Listing Fix HQ, 15217 Autumn Sage Dr., Charlotte, NC 28278 ("we", "us"). Contact: support@listingfixhq.com. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc., Shopify, Redbubble, Amazon or any other marketplace.
Work is delivered as a copy-paste document or spreadsheet sent to the email you used at checkout. You decide what to publish and you make the changes yourself. We never ask for or accept your marketplace password.
Delivery times start when your intake form is complete, not at payment. Holiday Fix 10: within 24 hours. Holiday Fix 30: first 10 listings within 24 hours, the rest within 3 days. Monthly: within 3 days of your monthly intake. If we need clarification, the clock pauses until you reply.
We do not guarantee any increase in views, ranking, traffic, conversions or sales. Marketplace search and buyer demand depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, photos, pricing, reviews, shipping and competition.
You confirm you have the right to sell the products and to share the listing content with us. We base rewrites only on facts you or your listings provide. You are responsible for reviewing all text before publishing and for making sure it is accurate and complies with the marketplace's policies, including rules on trademarks, intellectual property and prohibited claims. We will not knowingly add trademarked brand or character names you don't have rights to, or claims such as "handmade", "organic" or "personalized" that your listing does not support.
We use AI writing tools to help draft rewrites. A person reviews every listing before delivery. Your listing content may be processed by these tools for the sole purpose of doing your work. We do not sell your data.
The Monthly Refresh renews automatically every month at $49 until you cancel. Cancel any time via the "manage subscription" link in your Stripe receipt email or by emailing support@listingfixhq.com. Cancellation stops future charges; the current paid month stays active until its end. We don't give partial-month refunds.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. Your card statement may show AKEELAHLRN* LISTINGFIX for one-time orders, or LISTINGFIXHQ MONTHLY for the monthly plan.
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We aren't liable for lost profits, marketplace actions on your account, or indirect damages.
We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
